Location Performance Framework

A location performance framework is a collection of (calculated) KPIs for a set of locations. This framework allows you to benchmark location performances and assess the benchmark of existing and new locations based on a basic scoring framework. These scoring frameworks are established by combining indicators of the macro environment (e.g. market space, competitors...) and indicators of the micro-environment (e.g. visibility, and experience) of each location to define the benchmark of that location.

Based on the deviation from the benchmark, locations can then be classified into 4 groups, and specific actions can be linked to each group.

The Location Performance Framework can also contain an integrated opportunity framework.
